Cancellation Policy
🧼 All Pro Dust Bunnies LLC – Cleaning Policies We’re committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and trustworthy cleaning services. Please review our company policies before booking. 💰 Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of $25–$50 (depending on service size) is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your total balance and confirm your booking slot. Remaining balance is due upon completion of service via Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, or credit/debit card. Credit and debit card payments are now accepted; a $10 convenience fee will apply to all card transactions. No checks or cash accepted unless pre-approved. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of scheduling priority or termination of services. If we arrive and cannot access the property (locked out, no one home, etc.), it will be considered a same-day cancellation. 🕓 Late Policy Our team allows a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals by clients. If we cannot start service after 15 minutes due to access delays, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and deposit forfeited. 🪑 Furniture & Heavy Items For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances. We clean around and under items within safe reach. If you’d like areas behind large furniture cleaned, please move them prior to your appointment. All personal items should be properly put away before your cleaning appointment. All Pro Dust Bunnies LLC is not responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings left out during service. 🧴 Cleaning Supplies All Pro Dust Bunnies provides professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer eco-friendly or client-supplied products, please notify us at booking. We are not responsible for damage caused by products provided by the client. 🏠 Home Access Clients may be home during cleaning, provide a code, or leave a key in a secure spot. If access cannot be gained upon arrival, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation. 🧽 Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address it. We do not offer refunds, but we will return to correct any issues that meet policy standards.
