For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances. We clean around and under items within safe reach. If you’d like areas behind large furniture cleaned, please move them prior to your appointment.
We use professional-grade cleaning supplies for a sparkling, safe clean. If you prefer eco-friendly products or have specific preferences, let us know in advance we’re happy to accommodate!
We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of your service, unless it’s a recurring membership where prepayment may apply.
You don’t have to be home. You can provide a secure entry code, leave a key, or meet our team at the property. If access cannot be gained, it may be considered a same-day cancellation.
